From 0:00 at night to 8 in the morning there must be absolute silence.

● From 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the circulation of vehicles is not allowed inside the campsite. If you arrive or want to leave the campsite at this time, you must park your vehicle in the outdoor car park and move inside the campsite on foot and in silence.

● During the day, and to guarantee the tranquility and rest of all customers, please avoid shouting and reduce the volume of music and television to a minimum.

● The maximum number of people in the pitch is eight, including children. The entry of people outside the campsite is not allowed, nor is the visitor service contemplated. Any circumstance must be previously consulted at reception.

● Dogs must always be on a leash, accompanied and cannot make a mess inside the campsite. Dogs of breeds considered dangerous are not allowed to enter or stay. Dogs are NOT allowed to relieve themselves inside the campsite. They will be walked exclusively on the roads and never on the plots. Pets are not allowed in the pool or in the service building.

● We strongly request the utmost respect and care towards plants, trees, bathrooms, laundry rooms, sinks and common areas. Sharp objects cannot be stuck into the trees, nor can ditches or remove earth.

● The pool is open in the summer season and the use of a cap is mandatory.

● Garbage must be deposited in closed bags inside the containers.

● The camping water is drinkable. The fountains are exclusively for drinking water, not for washing or scrubbing.

● It is forbidden to make fire on the ground. Barbecues are allowed up high, always respecting the neighbors as much as possible. The simple entry registration implies acceptance and compliance with these rules.

BREACH OF THESE RULES WILL BE REASON FOR EXPULSION.

Schedules

● Reception: 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. (outside of these hours, people are served at the bar)

● Bar: 9:00-00:00

● Pool: 11:00-20:00

● Night closing: 00:00-8:00 (if you want to leave the campsite before, you must notify in advance or leave the car outside)

Cancellation policy:

-In low season, it can be canceled with the return of 100% of the total, 7 days in advance, after those days only 70% will be refunded.

-In high season, only 100% of the total amount will be refunded, if the reservation is canceled 15 days in advance, after those days amount paid will not be refunded.
